Antonio’s is named for my great grandfather who immigrated here from Sicily to start a new, more prosperous life for his family in the 1970s. Antonio embodied a hard-working lifestyle both in Sicily where he worked tirelessly as a farmer and here in the United States as a factory worker before switching gears to work alongside his family in the restaurant business. The community that surrounds Antonio’s Trattoria is one that embodies the same old-school virtues as my great grandfather: hard-working, family-oriented, humble.
